The office was easy to access, very clean, and smelled pleasant. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and kind. Dr. Pokropek made me feel extremely comfortable, even when addressing matters that can typically cause anxiety. She thoroughly explained the reasons behind everything and provided a clear action plan. Her bedside manner was exceptional, and you can truly tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about her patients.
