Coronavirus (COVID-19) Patient/Visitor Policy
Updated: 5/27/2021
Any person entering our office MUST be wearing a mask and the mask MUST remain on until exiting our suite. All persons entering our suite will be screened regardless of the reason for entering.
We require that all patients or guests come alone with the exception of persons needing assistance due to a disability or minors. Children are not permitted in the office at this time unless they are being seen by a physician. If your appointment permits you to bring a guest, only one guest is allowed.
Please wash your hands and use the hand sanitizer available throughout our office. When waiting in the waiting room please limit your sitting to only the chairs with the white paper on them.
Always remain a safe distance away from other patients or guests in the office and observe all signage and space markings on the floor.
Please call our office at 586-574-1313 if you have any questions regarding these restrictions.
Failure to adhere to our COVID-19 safety procedures may result in the rescheduling of your appointment.
<!-- Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak, COVID-19, we are taking steps to protect our patients, employees, and their loved ones. We can all play a role in slowing the speed at which the virus spreads.
As your physicians, we are committed to your health and safety. Starting May 1, 2020, we are seeing routine annual visits in the office. These appointments are limited due to adjusted office schedules, however, we will do our best to accommodate all our patient's needs whenever possible.
Your health is important to us and we welcome you to call our office if you need any help deciding if you need to reschedule your appointment.
We do have a telemedicine option available, if you need to see a Mission OB/GYN physician and are unable to come into the office.
If you have a fever or cough, do not come to the office for an appointment. Please call us.
It is required that any one entering our suite wear a mask.
We have always been very welcoming of additional support people and children in our office, but at this time, we are asking that you do not bring any guests to your visits. If you need assistance and a support person is necessary, please call our office so arrangements can be made.
This is only temporary for the safety and well being of ALL our patients at Mission OB/GYN.
The situation is fluid, and we are continually reassessing it.
We will be updating you regularly, and we welcome you to call our office to speak to our staff with any questions or concerns.
